Why an order can be slow or "stuck"
- The service is slow by design. Read the description; some services deliver gradually.
- High demand. Suppliers sometimes queue orders at busy times.
- Link problems. A private account, deleted post or wrong link format can stall an order.
- Overlapping orders. Two orders on the same link and same service at once can confuse tracking.
- Platform updates. Sometimes a platform change slows a service temporarily.
Before opening a ticket, check that your link is public and correct and compare the elapsed time with the service's expected speed.
How refill works
Refill means replacing units that dropped after delivery, within the service's refill period.
- Refill is only available on services that state a refill period, such as "30 days refill".
- The refill period starts from completion, as defined by the service.
- Refill covers drops below the delivered amount, measured against the start count.
- Your link must still be public, unchanged and active.
How to request a refill on Smm Junkies
- Go to your Orders page.
- Find the completed order. If it is eligible, you will see a Refill button.
- Click Refill. The request is sent to the supplier.
- Refills can take time to process. Avoid sending repeat requests for the same order.
If there is no Refill button, the service has no refill, the period has ended or the order is not eligible yet.
When refill is not possible
- Services with no refill period.
- After the refill period has ended.
- If the account became private, the username changed or the post was deleted.
- If you placed other orders on the same link that make the count impossible to verify.
How cancel works
Some services allow cancellation while an order has not finished. Where available, you can request a cancel from your Orders page; for resellers, this is also possible through the API. If the supplier accepts the cancel, the unused part is refunded. If delivery has already started, the order may end as Partial instead, with only the undelivered part refunded.
How refunds work
This is the most important part to understand: refunds on Smm Junkies go to your panel balance, not to your bank, UPI or crypto wallet. This applies to canceled orders and the unused part of partial orders. You can use that balance for any other service right away. Full details, including chargebacks and banned uses, are in our Terms of Service.
Because refunds stay in your balance, it makes sense to deposit what you plan to use. See our UPI deposit guide.
When to open a support ticket
Open a ticket from your account if:
- An order has not started long after the expected start time.
- An order has been in progress far longer than the stated speed.
- A refill request has not been processed after a reasonable time.
- A deposit did not reach your balance.
Always include the order ID (or payment reference), the link and a short description. One ticket per issue, with multiple order IDs listed, helps us answer faster than several separate tickets.
Preventing problems before they start
- Keep accounts and posts public until delivery and refill periods end.
- Use the exact link format the service asks for.
- Avoid two orders for the same service on the same link at the same time.
- Prefer services with refill if drop matters to you. See our Instagram followers guide.
- Use drip-feed for gradual delivery. Read the drip-feed guide.
A note on drops
Drops happen because platforms remove accounts and engagement they consider inauthentic. That is part of how these platforms enforce their rules, and no panel can prevent it completely. Refill periods exist to soften this, not to promise permanent numbers. Browse the services list to compare refill periods before ordering.
Example: what a good support ticket looks like
Subject: Order 123456 not started
Message: Order 123456 for Instagram likes was placed 3 hours ago and is still Pending. The link is public and correct. Please check.
A short, specific message like this lets support find and check the order immediately.
Quick reference
- Slow order: check link and expected speed, then ticket with order ID.
- Drop: Refill button if the service has a refill period.
- Partial or canceled: unused amount returns to your panel balance automatically.
- Deposit missing: ticket with amount, time and UTR or TXID.
How to Write a Support Ticket That Gets Solved Fast
A clear ticket saves a lot of back and forth. Include:
- The order ID, or several IDs if the issue affects more than one order.
- What you expected, for example "1,000 followers, 30-day refill".
- What you see now, such as "start count 520, now 1,180 after 5 days".
- What you want: a refill, a cancel, or a status check.
One ticket per issue is best. Avoid opening several tickets for the same order, which slows everything down. You can also email [email protected].
When a Refill Cannot Be Done
Sometimes a refill is not possible, and it helps to know why in advance:
- The service is marked No Refill.
- The refill period has passed.
- The current count is still at or above the start count plus the ordered quantity.
- The link was changed, the account made private, or the post deleted.
- You removed the delivered followers yourself.
- The provider has stopped the service; in that case support will tell you what options remain.
Waiting vs Acting
A good rule of thumb: if an order is within its listed average time, wait. If it is well past the average time and has not moved, check the link and privacy settings, then open a ticket. Remember that average times are estimates based on recent orders, and busy periods can be slower. Our Terms of Service set out the full policy.
FAQ
Why is my order still pending?
Most orders usually start within 0 to 15 minutes, but busy suppliers or link problems can delay them. Check that the link is public and correct, then open a ticket with the order ID if it is well past the expected time.
Where does my refund go?
Refunds for canceled and partial orders go to your Smm Junkies panel balance, not back to your bank, UPI or wallet.
Why is there no Refill button on my order?
The service may not offer refill, the refill period may have ended, or the order may not be eligible yet.
Can I cancel an order that has already started?
Some services allow cancellation. If delivery has started, the order may end as Partial and only the undelivered part is refunded.
